We are seeking a Receptionist - General Administration that will be the first point of contact for all Home Services (HS) customers, whether via phone or in person. Directs all visitors and provides badges to employees and visitors on a daily basis. Additionally, the Receptionist position performs varied assignments from all departments including: filing; mail duties, database management; Home Health and Hospice emergent calls.
In this position you will have the following responsibilities:
Answer the Nursing Center's main phone line answering questions and directing callers to the appropriate person or department.
Greet ,assist, and directs walk-in customers and the public to the appropriate person or department.
Provide secretarial and administrative support for the Executive Director and other Program Managers.
Manage the scheduling and set-up of conference rooms.
Required qualifications for this position includes:
High School Diploma -OR- GED
3 years work experience as an administrative assistant -OR- an equivalent position.
Preferred qualifications for this position includes:
- In Compliance with the Department of Human Services (DHS), a criminal background check is required for this position.
